To respond to your requests, run the service and quote process, keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations. If you consent, to measure how the site is used and to evaluate advertising performance.
Photos
Photos you attach are used only to assess your request. They are re-encoded on upload and embedded data such as GPS location is removed; only authorized staff can see them.
Sharing with third parties
Data from the forms is not sold. It may be shared with the providers that host the site and send email, and with authorities where legally required. If you consent to analytics and marketing cookies, data is transferred to Google and Meta; this transfer is made abroad and rests on your explicit consent.
